What this site is

struckmatch.studio is the free, public website of Struck Match Studio, operated by CoAsT Holdings LLC. It describes the studio's guitar channel, Numbers Not Tabs, and the instruments made for its episodes. Using the site means accepting these terms.

The content

The text, photographs, video clips, artwork and design on this site are © 2026 CoAsT Holdings LLC, except where noted. You are welcome to read it, link to it and quote a short passage with credit. Republishing a page or a photograph, or using any of it commercially or to train a model, needs written permission.

Song titles, artists' names and the names of their recordings belong to their owners and are used here only to say which song an episode teaches. Nothing here claims any right in them, and no recording of any song is hosted on this site.

The font Cinzel is used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.

The guitars

The guitars shown are AI-made photographs of instruments designed for the episodes. They do not physically exist, they are not for sale, and nothing here is an offer to sell an instrument. No guitar on this site is modelled on, endorsed by or affiliated with any manufacturer or musician.

Teaching, not advice

The music theory here is offered as teaching, in good faith and checked against sources, but it comes with no warranty of any kind. Play within your ability; if something hurts, stop.

Links to other places

When the channel's episodes are posted, this site will link to them on platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. Those platforms have their own terms and privacy policies, and the studio does not control them.

No warranty, and limits

The site is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent the law allows, CoAsT Holdings LLC is not liable for any loss arising from the use of this site. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes, and the law that applies

These terms may change; the date at the top changes with them. They are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

Note for review: these terms are published so the studio's developer applications have a terms URL. They are written plainly and in good faith, but they are not legal advice and have not been reviewed by a lawyer.
